We run clearance searches, define the right classes and file your application with IMPI, the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property. We follow it through to registration and keep you informed of every office action.
If someone tries to register a sign similar to yours, we prepare the opposition. If it has already been granted, we file for invalidation. We also defend your application when an opposition is filed against it.
Before you invest in a name or logo, we assess how registrable it is and what risks it faces from existing trademarks, so you can make an informed decision.
We keep track of your registrations: expiry dates, renewals, declarations of use and watch services for similar trademarks, in Mexico and abroad.
